Teachers Ben Koch and Justin Vawter were motivated by their students' love of learning, so they created NuMinds Enrichment. Not knowing the limits of operating a home-grown registration system and separate payment processor, they soon realized they needed better program management tools if they were going to get their camp off the ground.

Employees were spending more than 20 hours a week processing registrations, payments and solving technology issues. Ben and Justin knew something had to change.

Unfortunately, this experience is all too common with programs and classes that should be flourishing.
